Return and Refund Policy

Because Public Mullet™ products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or accidental orders.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and make it right when eligible.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A clear photo of the packaging, if damaged
  • A short description of the issue

Eligible issues may be resolved with a replacement, reprint, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color choice, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Shipping times may vary depending on production, carrier delays, destination, and other factors outside our control.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, email us with your order number and we will review the issue.
