Terms of service
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This website is operated by Family Enterprises, Inc., operator of the Public Mullet™ brand. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Public Mullet,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Family Enterprises, Inc. and the Public Mullet™ brand, as applicable.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of publicmullet.com, including any content, features, products, and services offered through the website.
By visiting the website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase products from us.
1. Online Store Terms
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, payment, and shipping information.
You may not use our website, products, content, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose.
You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data without authorization, impersonate another person, or violate the rights of Public Mullet™, Family Enterprises, Inc., or any third party.
2. Products and Availability
Public Mullet™ products may be produced to order and fulfilled through third-party production and fulfillment partners.
Product availability, pricing, specifications, materials, colors, sizes, designs, packaging, and fulfillment locations may change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. However, screen settings, lighting, production methods, material differences, and normal manufacturing variations may affect how a product appears in person.
Minor differences in color, placement, texture, print appearance, packaging, or finish are not necessarily defects.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, restrict sales, or decline orders when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
3. Limited Releases and Availability
Some Public Mullet™ products may be offered as limited releases, temporary drops, seasonal items, or designs that may later be changed, retired, or discontinued.
Unless a specific quantity or deadline is expressly stated, language describing a product as limited does not guarantee a particular production quantity, retirement date, resale value, or period of availability.
Past availability does not guarantee future availability.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or inventory errors, misuse of promotions, shipping restrictions, unusually large quantities, or other legitimate operational or legal reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of an order but do not necessarily constitute final acceptance if further review is required.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes are displayed during checkout when available.
Payment must be authorized and completed before an order is processed.
We may correct pricing, description, promotional, or availability errors. If an error materially affects an order, we may contact you, cancel the affected order, or provide an appropriate refund.
Promotions, discount codes, and free-delivery offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements and may be modified or discontinued subject to applicable law.
6. Shipping and Fulfillment
Public Mullet™ currently ships within the United States unless otherwise stated on the website.
Shipping, processing, delivery, and tracking are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Some products may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages.
Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, production volume, address issues, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production or fulfillment.
7. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Order Problems
Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, damaged items, defective items, incorrect items, and delivery problems are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Because certain products are made to order, we may not accept returns or exchanges based solely on incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind, except where required by law or expressly allowed by our Refund Policy.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within the period stated in our Refund Policy and provide the requested order information and photographs.
Do not return merchandise without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not qualify for reimbursement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
8. Personal Use and Resale
Products are sold primarily for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not falsely represent yourself as an authorized Public Mullet™ retailer, distributor, representative, licensee, partner, or affiliate.
You may not reproduce our artwork, branding, packaging, product images, or written content for resale or commercial use without written authorization.
Lawful resale of an authentic product does not grant any license to use Public Mullet™ intellectual property in a manner that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement.
9. Intellectual Property
All Public Mullet™ names, logos, artwork, characters, slogans, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, layouts, product names, campaign materials, written copy, and other brand assets are owned by, licensed to, or used with authorization by Family Enterprises, Inc.
Except as expressly permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our intellectual property.
No purchase or use of the website transfers ownership of any trademark, copyright, design, artwork, or other intellectual-property right.
Public Mullet™ and its related brand identifiers may not be used in domain names, social-media handles, advertising, merchandise, metadata, or commercial materials without written authorization.
10. User Messages, Reviews, and Submitted Content
When you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, tag, or other content for publication or promotional consideration, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, public submissions and content intentionally provided for promotional use may be displayed, reproduced, reformatted, and shared by us in connection with Public Mullet™ marketing, customer service, and business operations, subject to applicable law.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, unlawful, infringing, threatening, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or malicious content.
We may remove or decline to publish submitted content at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
11. Unsolicited Communications and Deliveries
Public Mullet™ and its operator, Family Enterprises, Inc., do not accept unsolicited physical mail, packages, samples, products, catalogs, proposals, or promotional materials.
Written authorization is required before any person or entity sends physical items to Public Mullet™ or Family Enterprises, Inc. Unauthorized physical items may be refused, returned, discarded, or declined without review, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Public Mullet™ and Family Enterprises, Inc. do not consent to unsolicited commercial email, bulk email, automated sales outreach, outreach sent to purchased or scraped contact lists, or repeated solicitations after a request to stop has been communicated.
This statement expresses our non-consent. It does not constitute a universal statutory opt-out, replace any opt-out procedure required by law, or override properly delivered legal notices, government correspondence, regulatory communications, tax documents, or other communications required or protected by law.
Unsolicited submissions—including ideas, creative concepts, product pitches, business proposals, scripts, artwork, designs, inventions, and marketing concepts—are not treated as confidential.
Public Mullet™ and Family Enterprises, Inc. assume no duty to review, preserve, return, compensate for, acknowledge, or respond to unsolicited submissions.
Legitimate customer-service messages, order communications, press inquiries, and collaboration proposals may be submitted through the Contact page.
12. Content and Brand Notice
Public Mullet™ uses satire, irreverent humor, exaggerated characters, fictional scenarios, and questionable judgment for entertainment and brand expression.
Some material may offend, confuse, irritate, or be misunderstood. Offense alone does not necessarily reflect the intent, meaning, or values of Public Mullet™ or Family Enterprises, Inc.
Before assuming the worst, consider the context. The outside never tells the whole story.
Nothing on this website is intended to promote unlawful conduct, discrimination, harassment, violence, or harm.
This section does not excuse or limit responsibility for conduct that is unlawful under applicable law.
13. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers for ecommerce hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, advertising, communications, and other business functions.
Those providers may process information or provide services under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, policies, or content of third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.
14. Privacy
Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the store, process transactions, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, communicate with customers, and comply with legal obligations.
15. Website Availability and Accuracy
We try to keep the website available, accurate, secure, and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue portions of the website for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.
Information on the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We may correct them without prior notice.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, its content, and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not make warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or compatible with every device or browser.
Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect to the extent required by law.
This section does not limit any express product warranty or non-waivable consumer protection provided by applicable law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Family Enterprises, Inc., Public Mullet™, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the website, products, services, or these Terms.
This includes, where legally permitted, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Family Enterprises, Inc., Public Mullet™, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or misuse of our intellectual property.
This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed when necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
20. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
Any waiver must be made in writing by an authorized representative of Family Enterprises, Inc.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies posted on the website, constitute the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from Public Mullet™.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a product-specific written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Family Enterprises, Inc., the signed agreement controls for that specific matter.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time for legal, operational, security, or business reasons.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
